Health Department Informational Page for COVID-19 Vaccine
Consider printing the registration form and filling it out prior to your vaccine appointment.
All Wednesday clinics are open at 12:30PM for 18+ until we run out of vaccine, located at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
We will continue to hold vaccine clinics on Wednesday’s at this time, we are receiving on average 100 vaccines weekly, so the distribution will take time.
When a new age group begins, vaccinations will likely not be complete for the previous age group. The clinics will be located at the fairgrounds in a drive thru fashion. The registration form will be available to print and fill out prior to the clinic in the blue box above. This form should be universal for any provider you receive your vaccine from. All Ohioians who choose to be vaccinated will be able to receive COVID-19 vaccines.
In addition, a statewide vaccine provider search is available at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov
