Proposed Food Fee Increases

A public hearing on the proposed fee increases will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 12:30 PM at the Health Department Office.

A meeting was held with the District Advisory Council of Hardin County on October 15th, 2019 per 3717.07 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding proposed fee increases. The Council has approved increases for all risk categories. All non-commercial locations will adjust accordingly to the statement above. Please see attached fee schedule for the adjusted charge for your risk level. Mobile concession licenses and Temporary licenses will remain unchanged.  Vending rates will be adjusted according to the consumer price index.
